  • I was in charge of some crews, I had 3 groups in my charge there were 9 of us, made the budgets, made lists of materials, I went to the store to get the material, I knew how to do carpentry, put shetrock, finish, electrical installations, plumbing, paint, put insulation on everything that occupied the property, I divided the people and sent them according to the work they were doing. Once the work was completed, I was in charge of carrying out an inspection to ensure that everything was in accordance with the city codes or section eight, or if it was for sale that everything was in accordance with the design.
