I am a young and eager individual with experience in multiple Customer Service and Food and Beverage Industries. I have excellent written and verbal skills. I am fluent in both Spanish and English. Excellent computer skills and have the ability to learn something new in a quick and efficient way. I am a very committed worker and put all my effort in the tasks that I am doing.
I worked at the Orlando International Airport as a restaurant manager and I was in charge of managing two restaurant locations, one quick service and one full dining service. I managed the stock and inventory for both restaurants making sure orders are put in on time and managed almost 15 employees making sure they were following airport guidelines. I also trained new employees.
I worked in Gringos Locos prepping the food and managing the kitchen and prep room making sure everything is running smoothly and that everyone is working towards meeting the goals requirements for the day. I also supervised all deliveries coming in to make sure everything was correct and I took care of any catering that we have for the week.
