  • working on the checklist rig acceptance as WQ1-standard before spud-in the well including work on the rig equipment which are well control equipment, mud system, rig floor, choke manifold mud pumps etc.
  • check all the safety requirement on the well site based on the checklist WQ1.
  • perform and documented it the accumulator of BOPs drawdown test and BOPs stump test for rig acceptance for each well as WQ1-standard.
  • Coordinate, supervise, and report on workover operations, including well intervention operations through workover.
  • Managed well control operations, applying industry standard techniques such as driller method, weight and wait method and bullheading to maintain safety and control during workover activities.
  • spud-in the well by conduct TBT with all crew and discussed the hazard that related with operations, then perform well-killing operations, and ensure the well is static with two barrier at least, then N/D X-Mass tree and N/U BOPs with PT.
  • Release the packer by the accurate calculation of the yield strength of the tubing and POOH old completion string.
  • Perform wellhead maintenance, integrity repairs, logging operations, TCP, SlickLine, WireLine, CT and bullheading stimulation job by RIH open end tubing. supervise on ESP installation on behalf of the artificial lift section and check the splice of ESP cable for both packer and TBG hanger to make sure that the cable splice work properly.
  • collaborated with field teams to conduct cementing job to shut-off the water zone, setting cementing balance plug, and perform remedial cementing to enhance well integrity.
  • working as a completion engineer by prepare the tally for new completion string and ESP without need to completion engineer from service company for saving the cost of WQ1field.
  • Setting the packer by hydraulic method.
  • Ensure compliance with the workover program safely and efficiently.
  • Responsible for daily duties including Update forecasts and plans to anticipate resource requirements to meet well demands and provide optimum efficiency of services.
  • Organize and conduct pre-job operational and safety meetings.
  • Prepare the required equipment lists promptly for each well phase (MRV).

Graduation Project

Design The Optimum Conditions of Two-Phase Gas & Oil Separator

  • Optimize separator design suitable for usage on smaller platforms which will allow the field to develop economically.
  • This project was to develop an optimized separator design fit for purpose.
  • The proposed design would be to be able to produce separators that will reduce space and provide cost saving for the offshore platform.
  • Study on the technical part of the separator design, familiarizing with separator working principle and the design available in the market and the criteria used in the design.
  • Simulate improved separator design using computer software (excel solver).
  • Determine areas for improvement and design consideration for function improvement.
