Supported patients in managing chronic conditions through consistent monitoring, guidance, and encouragement towards healthy lifestyle choices. Inputting hours in timetables and allocating tasks or events for different days required excellent time management. They do not speak any English so Hindi skills were greatly been improved as well.

Would manage the front area and interact with customers. Being patient and personable was crucial. Problem solving skills were also a necessity as both customers and coworkers would often have moments where a calm voice of reason was needed. Had to be able to multitask as receiving orders through speaker and in store, packaging food, and prepping drinks all at the same time was a daily occurrence. Was responsible for keeping inventory on items and would communicate with manager when new inventory was required. Store would often be shorthanded so being able to adapt to different positions was key in the process. Being good with communication and efficiently finishing tasks was important for good team morale and to provide customer with best experience possible. At end of time also worked the grill and prepared meals. Being consistent, organized, and thorough was a must.

Wheel palates out to appropriate zone in store whereupon I would unload palates into place on shelves. Any zone from clothes to frozen foods was assigned so being able to remember the area where certain goods were located was useful.
