• Present position currently is House manager at Brightway Community Living. In this position you have the same responsibilities as a regular Direct Support Staff. The difference is you are on active on-call daily, make schedule, and handle client’s personal funds, their personal information, along with scheduling doctor’s appointments.
• As a house manager it is your job to come up with probable solutions to accommodate everyone in the home, employees, client, along with families of the clients.
• You are to ensure the decisions made are made for the client’s best interest.
• These are some of the job duties of being the house manager. Other duties include what is done daily, completing paperwork, ensuring the client gets the correct medicine, diet, and all health information is up to date, and completed correctly.

• Assists approximately four residents each shift with all aspects of daily living such as bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, developmental activities, etc. according to their personal care plan.
• Direct DSP's are trained in performing range of motion, application of splints, and in the use of positioning equipment such as the use of standers, etc.
• DSPs work every other weekend, and 4 holidays per year (double pay).

• McDonald's crew members work together to keep the store running.
• A crew member will do anything from cleaning the lobby of the restaurant, clean up the overstock in the back, restock an item that are needed, they work as a cashier, a grill operator who prepares the food, and also can work as a runner or back booth.
• As a runner the person is gathering all of the items that are needed for the order and getting them together to give to the customer.
• As a back-booth worker an individual is taking orders and money at the same time.
