I was homeschooled through my 4 years of highschool year round and during this time I went to a Catholic School called Bethlehem Academy in Faribault, Minnesota for two and a half years and took extra credit classes so i was able to be done with school by a full year. While i was finishing up school I immediately started working with my mom from my Eight Grade-Freshman year fulltime. I definitely learned a lot. During the four years I worked for her I took care of 9 different children from ages of 3 months-5 years. I grew with these families and had strong relationships with them outside of work as well. Along with doing daycare fulltime i would babysit regularly for families during the week after work hours or on the weekends. I ended up babysitting for many families that I knew and would still continue to babysit for them years later when the kids were in elementary school. I really enjoy working with the kids at my work and it brings me lots of joy that i am able to make them feel safe, and confident in accomplishing milestones through the time with me at my daycare.
