• I teach kids to swim, water safety and water confidence. I currently teach kids at all ages.

• I have been babysitting since early last year. I love to work with kids and babysitting is has always been super fun for me and the kids. I generally babysit for anywhere from 1-8 hours.

• I am a part time lifeguard at Kailua District Park. I work alongside two other lifeguards during my shifts. I exercise good customer service, answering questions from pool patrons and helping patrons find their lanes. I am in charge of keeping the public safe and confident while they swim at the pool. I also do pool maintenance such as cleaning bathrooms and keeping the office organized. I am currently on a seasonal contract at this time and plan to work during my breaks from College.

• I was a part time swim instructor, I would teach lessons three times a week with kids ages 3-12. I would set up and break down the pool, as it was a private pool this meant putting up aqua buddies signs and organizing the pool area. Breaking down the pool was cleaning and putting everything away, keeping organization in mind. I would also deal with parents, this meant talking to them about their child's behavior and performance in swim lessons, and talking to them about next steps with the organization.

• I worked as a swim instructor at the Hilltop pool at the Marine Corp Base Hawaii over the course of a month. I taught group lessons twice a week with one other instructor. I taught both groups of three to five year olds and six to twelve year olds.

• I took dual enrollment classes at Windward community college my Junior and Senior year. I took a total of nine credit hours, six of which were writing intensive courses. In these courses I learned critical thinking skills, research writing tools and how to effectively write about real world topics. I also took graphic design where I became proficient at using Adobe.

I am a current student at Roger Williams University, I am currently studying Marine Biology and expect to graduate with a bachelor's of science in May 2030.
