Professional athlete. Seek difficult climbs to establish or repeat outside. Give speeches, teach clinics, and write articles. In 2019, became 7th woman in the world to climb a 5.14 rated traditional route. Adidas is sponsoring a Cedar Wright film regarding recovery and returning to climbing after taking a back breaking ground fall in 2020. The film will be released next year.

Created bonds with regular customers, kept up with the fast pace environment, and always looked for tasks to do in down time to make sure everything was stocked and clean. Organized and cleaned whenever possible. Always set the store up for success and showed up ready to work hard.

Provided knowledge of the outdoor based products for customers, cleaned the floor and stocked product, shipped products, and created a friendly, welcoming environment for both employees and customers.

Coached kids to learn to climb and find their passion in climbing. Worked with kids who were new to climbing - even as young as 2 and a half years old. Also coached team kids who competed at a national level.
