I resolved customer service and food-related issues to maintain guest satisfaction. I distributed menus to guests, led them to tables, and gave initial information about the service staff or specials. I arranged place settings with clean tablecloths, napkins, and tableware to prepare for incoming guests. I took beverage orders, served drinks, and cleared tables to prepare them for the next guests.
