• Taught campers, ages 6-12, the basics of musical theatre. Skills include but are not limited to: choreography, lyrics to songs, how to memorize lines, stage directions, audience etiquette, backstage etiquette, theatre tech basics (sets, props), and putting a show together in two weeks.
• Oversaw daily camp operations, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.
• Collaborated with staff to create a positive and inclusive camp environment. Delegated a "team" of campers to each counselor to ensure proficient use of time.
• Managed scheduling of activities, optimizing resource allocation and participation rates.
