• Delivered curriculum and child development training opportunities to academic staff resulting in Level V of Virginia's Quality Rating and Improvement System
• Facilitated the combining of special education and general education departments in Professional Learning Communities to improve school-wide inclusive practices and increase curriculum access for students in the city-wide special education classes
• Co-created the Early Childhood Center Family Staff Alliance and significantly increased family engagement efforts to improve programming, attendance, family access to community resources, volunteerism, and advocacy thus becoming a FACE Center Blueprint School for Family Engagement
• Spearheaded MTSS improvement plan which redefined performance goals and increased equity by utilizing school and district expertise and increased family participation in student support strategies
• Overhauled safety and security practices and procedures in collaboration with shared building administration from three schools to improve crisis plan communication and implementation
