Serving as the Colonel of my high school dance team taught me invaluable leadership and organizational skills. Leading a large group of almost 40 members, I developed strong communication abilities, teamwork, and conflict resolution strategies. I gained experience in managing schedules, choreographing routines, and coordinating events, all while fostering a supportive and motivated team environment. This role improved my ability to balance responsibility, adapt to challenges, and inspire others to achieve their best.
