To help patients reduce pain, improve their mobility, stop more pain or injury, and promote health and wellness, use equipment, stretches, hands-on therapy, and exercises. Assess and document a patient's development, making necessary adjustments to the treatment plan and trying out new therapies. Provided home treatment plan and guiding them about the exercises i.e active and passive exercises.
