Perform wet lay-ups using fiberglass, carbon fiber reinforced plastics (CFRP) of pre-impregnated and dry materials
Setup/operate computer programs for autoclaves, ovens and hot bonders to create aerospace interior to aircraft structures
Reading and interpreting blueprint and engineer drawings correctly to complete all projects
Scarf sanding each ply of composite to get down to the core material and repair damage
Working in Torit environmental control booth (ECB) to improve
productivity and comply with OSHA regulations
Assemble aircraft components using structural adhesives, rivets and
threaded fasteners
Applying epoxy resin onto multiple lays carbon fiber/fiber glass to make composite pieces
Draw pattern
out to repair damaged area and trace onto fabric, cut out as many ply's as needed attach heat pad and bag
Electrical Routing/ Wire installation working in a Pressurized and Unpressurized area in accordance to engineering drawings
Building Wire Bundles – Assembling receptacles & plug connectors, splicing, and crimping terminals
Reading, interpreting and building from blueprints & manufacturing drawings
