Initially, anti-thrombolytic therapy was deemed the optimal treatment, but it soon evolved to percutaneous coronary intervention becoming the standard. With the advancement of technology, stents, were developed. I've participated in the Reopro study, plus trained in rotablador atherectomy, and Brachytherapy.
