  • 2008-2010 - As a Recruiting Research Associate, I was responsible for building candidate profiles by conducting extensive research to identify potential candidates and companies using various online resources, databases and networking. I handled outreach and qualification by making initial contact with potential candidates, including their qualifications, experience, contact information, and relevant background details.   • 2010-2012 - As a Physician Recruiter, I was responsible for finding, and hiring qualified Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and CRNA's and placing them at healthcare organizations. I handled a full recruitment desk from identifying potential candidates to negotiating contracts and onboarding new hires. My main duties consisted of sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and building relationships with both candidates and healthcare facilities. I handled both a two-person recruiting desk, as well as a three-person desk for Radiology/Primary Care specialties.
  • 2012-2013 - As a Travel Coordinator, I managed and organized travel arrangements for candidates and employees. I booked flights, hotel accommodations, and transportation, as well as creating detailed itineraries and ensuring travel plans to adhere to the company's policies and budgets. I also handled any travel-related issues and emergencies.
  • 2013 - 2022 - As a Recruiting Coordinator, I was responsible for facilitating the movement of candidates through the recruitment/hiring process. I maintained and updated applicant tracking systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance. I served as a first point of contact to candidates/providers by answering questions about specific opportunities and providing a positive impression of organization. I was responsible for creating and posting job descriptions on various website platforms.
  • 2022-2025 - As a Marketing Coordinator, I was mainly responsible for the Data Analysis and Reporting by tracking and analyzing various website platforms to create a positive brand image and attracting potential candidates/providers to work for organization.
