As a Coil Pack Trainer, I read and comprehend production SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). Set up equipment and ensure production materials are available. I operate the machines and observe them during production. If problems are detected, stop the process and make minor repairs or refer major problems to production leadership and/or maintenance. I collaborate with co-workers, supervisors and managers to achieve productivity and location goals. Adhere to all safety procedures and report potentially unsafe conditions. Maintain cleanliness of equipment and assigned area. I used appropriate measuring instruments, special tools and equipment such as calipers, micrometers, various gauges, test instruments, drill press power grinders, milling machine, optical comparator and other tools. As a Warehouse Material Examiner, I break parts down by part and stock number and places in bins or racks within parts room. I receive and route repair parts and subassemblies into and out of maintenance repair. Expedite movement of priority items and follows up on overdue material. I analyze production problems and develop specific plans to correct deficiencies. Manages and operating personnel to insure items are moved promptly and delivered to departments in proper sequence to prevent shortage to repair and assembly lines. Check work in progress and checks for compliance with supervisor's instructions on work sequence procedures, methods, and deadlines. I maintain bins or bulk storage stock location by stock number in LMP (Logistic Management Program) indicating location of each item. I check quantity received against packing list and annotates any shortage on packing list for follow-up. I review completed inventories to determine corrective actions required, handling & monitor difficult and complex problems. I received, identified, inventoried, stored, issued and turn in repair and replacement parts, assemblies and subassemblies used in production ships to expedite the overhaul, repair, modification, conversion, testing and other related work. Stacking & storing material. Examining stored materials and reporting any damages & removing material from storage and preparing it for shipment or picks for departments for production.
