Hi, I’m Monica 👋 — a fitness and wellness coach with a deep passion for helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more at home in their bodies. My path has taken me from the world of competitive athletics as an IFBB Pro and fitness model, to running my own training studio, to exploring the healing power of Kundalini yoga, breathwork, and transformational coaching.

Fitness Coaching & Training
I bring over a decade of experience in fitness and personal training, including my time as an IFBB Pro competitor and owner of my own studio. I specialize in strength training, functional movement, and customized programs designed to meet clients where they are. My style blends structure with encouragement — helping people achieve results while also enjoying the process.
What excites me most is witnessing transformation not only in physical strength, but in confidence, balance, and energy. Training, to me, is more than reps and sets — it’s about creating supportive spaces where people feel motivated and encouraged.

Yoga & Breathwork
I am expanding my practice through Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training and certified breathwork facilitation. These practices allow me to support not just the body, but also the nervous system and the mind. Whether through mindful movement, breath practices, or meditation, I help clients build resilience, calm, and balance in their daily lives.
Community & Leadership
Wellness has always been something I share with community. From leading workshops and pop-up events, to mentoring teams, to organizing large-scale wellness activations, I’ve seen the power of coming together in shared intention. My leadership background allows me to create inspiring spaces that leave people feeling connected and uplifted.
