- Duties include servicing machines which entails filling engine oil, Skydrol oil, hydraulic oil and gearbox oil, as well as filling diesel fuel, and engine coolant.
- Enter flowmeters data on HMI panel to specified machine requirements, and service purification tank by connecting pressure gauge to purification tank, and setting to machines standards.
- Conduct leak verification test by filling systems and verifying that each system holds for required time.
- Operate machines to set main relieve valves, bias relieve valves, and back pressure valves, to required machine standards.
- Bleed systems 1, and 2 which enables volume control of flow on both systems.
- Verify that fans start on time, and that alarm goes off at required temperature.
- Test systems 1, and 2 at 5000 PSI, and 32 (GPM) gallons per minute, to 4000 PSI, and 40 GPM, to 3000 PSI to 53 GPM to confirm there are no leaks at high pressures.
- Conduct a final test at 5000 PSI and 0 GPM for one hour to confirm that there are no leaks from tubes or hoses, fan motors, or low pressure or high pressure filters throughout the machine.
- Final calibration test to ensure pressure and flow are accurate.
- Identify leaks that hinder machines performance, which requires replacing or tightening of hoses and tubes, as well as replacing any damaged o-rings if needed on high pressure and low pressure filters in efficient time.
- Replace damaged parker fan motors that are leaking from shaft seals, or split line.
- Knowledge of safety protocols when operating machines and hazardous oils. Recognition of handling acidic flammable oils and disposing of set oils.
- Expertise in assembly duties on Navy, Lockheed Martin, and Boeing machines, as well as knowledge of assembly on filter housing doors and gaskets on Blue Origin machines.
- Conduct test on both fan motors, and pumps to establish that there are no leaks by connecting air hoses, and gauges to both pumps and fan motors, go to 70 PSI with gauge and air hose spray potential areas with liquid to verify where bubbles are coming from to identify leaks.
- Learning T12 machine which test components such as motors, pumps, and manifolds for hydraulic, pneumatic, and hydrostatic machines.
