I was responsible for safely transporting my patients or assisting with ambulation. I assisted my patients with there activities of daily living, such as cleaning, feeding bathing and dressing. I was responsible for vitals and point of care testing. I did weights, emptying drains, Foley care, placing foleys in my patients, removing IV's, connecting my patients to telemetry. I also kept my patients safe and comfortable at all times.
