I love to explore and take long walks in the country side with our Australian Shepard Molly. Cooking is something I find enjoyable and is an easy thing to do with friends. Food brings everyone together and trying new food is exciting for me. Celebrating milestones, making new friends and developing my understanding of other cultures through their food.
Horse riding was and is my greatest love. In my spare time I would like to do more of the same. Visiting my native country of Ireland when I can, and many more delightful destination are always on my list of adventures.
