  • Collect all session activity reports for the Northern California office. Ensure all activity reports reflect Specialist Billable time. Prepare all payroll processing paperwork for the Northern California office, Inland office and San Diego office.
  • Processes all Notice of Update or Change that come through for clients. They contain a variety of scenarios such a change of frequency, hold request, update of address, new Specialist requested, etc. Works with Service Coordinator assigned from regional center to resolve or update on issues.
