My name is Monica Ramos I have over 4 years in the solor industry, I first started with mortenson as labor installing cable like Mv, dc & string wire. They moved me up after my 6 months to do Qa/qc I started doing qc on both electrical and mechanical documenting everything into procore, I work with them over 2 years. I moved on to iea construction/white construction as a qc tech II. I started inspecting trenching on Mv wire & then dc wire. I did the inspection sheet, closing out the block for the next team to move in. I started doing inspecting on piles making sure the correct piles was going into ground checking the levels and the right size pile was near the point. I went from piles to racking/ torque tubes to checking the motor, bolt, cap at the end of torque tube & checking torque marks. I did ati, nextracker, & game charger system. Very hard working and I take pride in my work. Letting the pm and my quality manager know about what’s going on in the field and what right and what’s going wrong. I also keep that in procore keeping update on everything so all managers and foreman know what’s going on with their task. I’m the type of person I don’t like doing punch list/ going back to fix stuff. I like stuff to go as the prints. I’m always on top of prints and I make sure everything is updated on them. I was keeping up with meeting and making sure I write down everything. Documenting and sending out email to pm managers foreman and of course my team. Lsbp gave me a opportunity to work for them under a contract for 6 months doing owner rep work/ qc . A lot of documenting going on in field taking a lot of pictures. I also was in meeting.
