  • Conducted E3 improvement project that enabled manufacturing process flow of Alumina placement to mitigate phase delay issues of RF Performance. Implemented user-friendly GUI using Excel to facilitate communication using a color coding indicator that eliminates errors when selecting Alumina locations. As a result, product yield increased by 33% and had a scrap avoidance of $220k.
  • Constantly communicated with cross-functional departments such as procurement, program management, SMEs, Quality, Mechanical and Systems engineering, and customers to provide solutions, reports, and program status.
  • Coordinated with internal facilities such as Machine Shop, M&P lab, Shipping and Inspection, Tooling, Microelectronics lab, Environmental lab, and external services such Oneida, Litron, and Element to assets manufacturing process flow of assemblies
  • Led various experiments to ensure lamination of new material incorporated (TC8750-7-F6-B5) to achieve the desired margin of squeeze-out coverage for re-build and new build. Program development for preform cut using Graphtec FC-2240 Cutter/Plotter Equipment and validation was proven. As a result, the incorporation of drawing, AMS, Assembly specification, and closure of FRB was completed.
  • Used lean manufacturing principles to develop, evaluate and improve several company MPs and MOPs for preparations of hermetic packages for mechanical shock and random vibrations, as well as Space microelectronic production for electronic laboratory
    -Operated several equipments such as PIND Tester, Constant Acceleration, Shear Equipment, and X-Ray to accommodate programs schedule as well as explained analysis data presented in RCCAs, FRBs, and MRRs
  • Provided tours to several L3 Harris facilities to customers, cross-functional departments, entry-level employees, and future company candidates and explain buildings capabilities, and operations during the build of hardware.
