I am deeply committed to non-profit leadership and consider it a privilege to utilize my skills to create positive and lasting organizational impact. My most significant assets are my ability to build strong relationships, foster strategic vision, and inspire teams to work toward meaningful goals. With extensive experience collaborating with executive-level individuals, I have developed a results-driven approach to leadership that emphasizes intentional communication, effective team building, and meticulous attention to detail.
Having served as a non-profit and ministry volunteer for over 30 years, I bring a unique perspective on the essential role of volunteers in achieving organizational success. This, combined with my professional experience in non-profit management, enables me to bridge communication gaps between leadership and volunteer teams, fostering alignment and inspiring collective action toward mission-driven outcomes.
As Program Developer and Director, I designed and led two programs focused on providing women with intentional time for rest and reflection through 4-day retreat events. My responsibilities included recruiting and training volunteers, managing participant communication 30 days before and after each retreat, and overseeing all aspects of planning and execution to ensure a meaningful and impactful experience.
