• Working the RN-LPN model : listen to report and give report to oncoming nurses with RN presence, administering medications including IV antibiotics and fluids, medications via feeding tubes; taking vital signs q4 hrs, documenting patient care q2 hrs, assessments q4hrs. • Worked under RN and help supervise CNAs; assignment pre Covid-19 was 18 to 20 patients, during Covid-19 7 to 12 patients. Administering medications, wound care, collecting specimens including lab draws, monitoring Vital signs, assessments, and charting.

LPN in charge of assigned patients; in charge of monitoring labs, vital signs, test results, completing doctor orders and faxing them to the pharmacy, checking medications and calling the pharmacy for refills, obtaining scripts for narcotics.
