I have a well-rounded skill set in domestication and honed talents in detailing and organizing. Further, I am a recognized expert in communication and the ability to follow detailed instructions. I work diligently to meet your expectations staying focused on making the space fresh, clean and inviting.

I currently have 27 clients. All but one are located at The Montage in downtown Reno. My most prominent home is a 6000sqft, 6 bedroom 8 bathroom 3 story home. I am responsible for keeping the home and surrounding grounds in immaculate conditions. I also provide 3 cooked meals a day for the client. I pay close attention to my surroundings. What some may over look, i will over see. I will perform my duties with a cheerful attitude and will project that onto others at every opportunity. I'm keen on the confidentiality of my clients. their privacy and personals are protected by my integrity and honesty. My loyalty is unbeatable. My drive and determination are strong, allowing me to accomplish my tasks and duties. And my commitment to any one person, group or organization, is always 100%. You can rely on me to be there. I arrive for my scheduled shifts, rain or shine. my sick count is at zero. you can feel confident that I will be coming to work when you expect me to be there. Happy to cover shifts just the same. My standard for Cleaning is above parr and I clean a mean window. The finished product outshines my competition and the results are superior to any other. I absolutely thrive by enhancing the beauty of any room. The difference is Maid By Monika. I take much pride in what I do, my work will undoubtedly reflect that.

I have embarked on a journey to master the cleaning techniques applicable to every surface that exists. This includes understanding the appropriate directional movements, the necessary pressure to apply, as well as the selection of wiping tools and cleaning agents. My goal is to achieve proficiency in this area without making mistakes. Thus far, my progress has been promising.

If I could realize a dream, I would innovate the traditional housekeeping cart and create the first housekeeping belt. I occasionally experiment with this concept, and I aspire to patent my initial design one day. In the meantime, I am dedicated to absorbing valuable information, knowledge, and industry tips. My aim is to continually improve upon my previous self. Being recognized as the goddess of housekeeping would certainly be an honor, but for now, I embrace my role as a Domestic Diva who delights in creating beauty.
