Description: Concierge and OFS are the instore online platforms connected to the instore POS system which will help the customer to select items as online shopping and buy from the store. It also gathers the shopping preferences of the customer from the previous experience and helps the selling associate to serve the customer better.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Worked on User Requirements gathering by interacting with stakeholders and business users using JAD and One to One interview technique to get a better understanding of the domain and current system.
- Converted Business Requirements into the Functional Specifications from UML and worked on changes with the help of Requirement Traceability and Impact Analysis.
- Worked on the entire Omni-Channel strategy based on project goals with concerned stakeholders.
- Documented Omni-Channel reports which include daily dashboards, operational metrics reporting, ad hoc operational troubleshooting and strategic reporting.

Modernize legacy CS-APP to new technology stack. CS-APP is an important ShopRunner application used by the support team for handling member/order related transactions.

- Serve as liaison between developers, architects, designers and end user. Utilized my people skills in gathering requirements from clients to interpret that into understandable format for developers.
