  • Responsible for administering JFrog Artifactory requests, issues, controlling end users roles and rights, granting permissions by following ZF security standards, organizing training with JFrog and supporting other team members to enhance their knowledge on this topic.
  • Working on MS Azure DevOps application, responsible to create Epics, Features, Product Backlog items, Tasks, Impediments and follow the complete lifecycle by going through the following states at every level, which helps our end users to understand the status of their work items. Providing hands-on training to the ZF colleagues on how the hierarchy works and making them familiar with different states to complete the work on PBI's.
  • Leading trainings in ALM Integrity tool (ZF's central tool) in different regions of North America in ZF Group (automotive company) and set up training environment to make users comfortable with Builds, Deliveries, Open Points, Change Requests, Tasks, Actions and so forth to understand the complete Integrity Application Lifecycle and implement in their daily business.
  • Successfully led and implemented the File Vaulting Project which helped us to recover Integrity DB space back and also impacted positively to lower our cost and less burden on the DB, improved DB performance at the same time.
