Summary

Throughout my career as a phlebotomist, one of my biggest achievements has been consistently providing accurate and efficient specimen collection while maintaining a high level of patient care. I’ve worked with a wide range of patients, including those who are anxious or difficult to draw, and I’ve been able to successfully complete collections while keeping them calm and comfortable.

I’ve also helped reduce specimen errors by making sure labeling, documentation, and handling are always done correctly. In my previous roles, I took initiative in supporting team operations by maintaining supplies, assisting with scheduling, and ensuring workflow stayed organized.

Another achievement I’m proud of is my ability to adapt in different environments, especially as a mobile phlebotomist, where I travel and work independently while still maintaining high standards. My experience in leadership roles has also allowed me to train and support others, which helped improve team performance and overall patient satisfaction.
