I love working with Children, and to make a fun and safe environment filled with learning moment and creating activity's. I am very good at de-escalating any situation while trained in checking in with how the children are processing there emotions to help them grow. Shaping their future for the best outcome is my goal. I am reliable and accountable. I also believe in taking accountability with children.

I have also worked as a manager with employees teaching them to work as a team and communicate with everyone to be professional in all areas of a work environment and training them on the position and expectations of the job requirements while always maintaining respect. Everyone learns different and I am able to show different styles of teaching moments when it is nessary.
