• Coordinate the Afterschool program with the principal.
• Provide site level daily direction to the afterschool program and community partner organizations to ensure comprehensive collaborative service implementation and program.

-Supervise all Afterschool personnel which included 10 staff and 190 students daily.

-Provide academic and enrichment activities for all classes.

-Provide instructional leadership in developing curriculum.

-Coordinate project evaluation activities in order to meet the grant requirements.

-Daily record keeping and ordering snacks.

-Create daily lesson plans for all grade levels in academics and enrichment.

-Daily customer service for parents and adults picking up students.
