  • As subcommittee member and then Chair of Cultural Inclusion, I assisted in the planning of the Network Your Way to Success and the Pathways to Success events which were held at Enterprise Holdings. Employees and guests showed up to listen to our panelists discuss the benefits of networking as well as how they successfully navigated up the career ladder and overcame specific challenges.
  • I also organized, planned, and hosted Enterprise Holding’s very first Multi-Cultural Art Show. I wrote the proposal for the idea and submitted it to our board for approval. I was responsible for planning the meetings to discuss the marketing for the event, organized volunteers, and worked closely with our communications department to create the flyers. I delegated specific responsibilities to team members that served on this committee as well.
  • In addition, I helped write monthly article posts that featured various cultural events and celebrated the diverse backgrounds of the employees within the organization and supported the company’s mission statement.
