Engineered the institutional process of the institution’s two education centers, which boosted cost efficiency by 15% and employee productivity.

• Analyzed institution’s yearly operations, data management, teachers’ workload distributions, class schedules, communication channels, student satisfaction, parents’ satisfaction, costs, and budgets
• Supervised and motivated team of 21 people – administrative staff and teachers- in high-pressure environment and coordinated staff training plans
• Created and presented detailed reports and visualization dashboards on Tableau for stakeholders to communicate institution’s progress, managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring transparency

Coordinated the launching project through the entire life cycle by developing and tracking components of project operations. Secured grants from the Government of Catalonia -Generalitat de Catalunya- yearly to finance 60% of the operations budget and executed events for fundraising.

Executed the import of merchandise worth $210K through China and Colombia suppliers. Avoided cost and time constraints by checking supporting documentation and assuring correct customs clearance processes.

• Sourced and selected qualified suppliers according to company’s guidelines and negotiated contracts to facilitate freight movements.
• Researched and prepared product cost and trade compliance reviews for clients.
• Oversaw timely and accurate EC Customs filings and related documents to facilitate communications flow and maintained up-to-date knowledge of EC customs regulations and international trade laws.

Collaborated with Dr. Ugo Mimmo, Consultant of Development Projects in Ecuador and former Director of Development Projects of the European Union, to deliver projects within tight deadlines. The main projects were ‘Socio-economic reconstruction of the influence area of the Tungurahua volcano,’ a project aiming to reactivate the affected area by volcanic activity economically, and the ‘Rural regeneration (production and trade) of the Canton Riobamba’ project aimed to implement a program to trade perishable agricultural products effectively.
