Can communicate and understand written, verbal, and diagnostic instructions effectively in high stress situations while keeping a calm composure. Able to identify potentially dangerous hazards from placards, environment, and witnesses. Can effectively improvise and plan to meet the needs of the given assignment. Is willing to learn new skills and to improve on already learned skills to give the best possible care. Willing to lead and coordinate with a large group of professionals to accomplish large operations successfully. Able to speak up about safety concerns when given orders. Have a strong drive to protect their community, the environment and to save lives.
