• Lead design and coordination for ground up residential developments and commercial space fit-outs.
• Responsible for electrical equipment layouts, utility coordination, riser diagrams, load calculations, short circuit calculation and compliance with NYC Energy Code and Local Law 88.
• Collaborate with architects, MEP teams, and contractors to deliver full electrical design packages from SD through CD.
• Serve as Project Manager for smaller projects including office fit-outs and energy compliance projects such as Local Law 88/97; handle client meetings, internal coordination, proposal preparation, and invoicing.
• Review electrical designs prepared by junior engineers to ensure compliance with industry standards and company design standards.

• Assist on project design including floor/ceiling plans, riser diagrams, load calcs, schedules, and Revit modelling.
• Designed distribution panels, conducted generator/ATS studies, and implemented load-shedding strategies.
• Projects included Jefferson Health Specialty Care Pavilion, New York Brooklyn Hospital, and Weill Cornell Medicine.
