As a California National Guardsman I have learn along the way to adapt to needs of the unit. I will always put the mission first and will volunteer to do the things others don't want to do. I went from learning basic Army customs and courtesys, explosives, shooting weapons, to drivers training big machinery, some CLS training to saving lives with medics, learning how supply operates and organizing equipment, administration work to become a leader.
As a very flexible Costco employee I started out pushing carts, boxing up groceries for members, to cleaning the store and bathrooms, handling food, then became a stocker, cashiering and forklifting, at time even taking charge and directing coworkers when supervisor or manager isn't around. I will ask questions and learn as I grow to be a far better worker.
As a Toyota Porter you job can be from checking in vehicles, bringing vehicles to the mechanics, maybe do small tasks on a vehicle, retrieving vehicles for customer, making sure service advisors are aware of issues on vehicle, and just bring fun customer service.
