Summary

I grew up in a family owned business, which provided a turnkey service of manufactured privacy systems including cubicle curtains for the healthcare industry, as well as window treatments including draperies and top treatments for the hospitality and assisted living communities. We also provided full installation of our products and treated customers like family. The business was built by my parents with hard work and always putting our core values first. Integrity, honesty, accountability, and customer focus. Growing up in and around the business taught me life lessons that I carry with me every day in my current and past leadership roles. I am passionate about growing and developing teams to create excellence in an operation. Developing the best in every team member and also recognizing areas of needed change. Continuous improvement and change is essential.
