Working at walmart can be sometimes challenging, however it taught me skills I need to learn. Working in customer service help me with communicating with customers and workers. Helped me be more productive and get the job done. I learned that even if I asked for help its not a sign of weakness but in fact shows growth. To teach me about stuff I understand and be able to help others if they come up to me, moreover working in customer service also taught me that I can't satisfy everyone even if I want to. Customers can be mean say words that can offend. However I stay calm and explain to them about the situation even if they won't accept it.

As a volunteer I was trained before in a program called College & Career Academy at Pruden. WIth the skills and knowledge I learn I help residents in Lake Prince Woods with a CNA beside my side. I also helped clean, feed them, change them and talked to them. I made sure to follow all the rules and kept updated on new things that can occur. During it I earned a certificate of Nurse Aide Condensed.
