• ProtectAZ, Phoenix, AZ, 03/2020 - 06/2020, Teamed with knowledgeable medical and non-medical professionals during the Covid-19 pandemic to provide Coronavirus testing, materials, and education to under-served communities and at-risk populations including immigrant communities, seniors, tribal nations, and uninsured community members. Engaged patients with ease to provide detailed explanation of the testing process. Assisted with filling out and translating basic documents for Spanish speakers prior to and post testing. Mastered several new medical databases, organized patient information, and caringly communicated patients' test results. Collaborated as a team to navigate new information provided by the CDC and continually brainstormed new ideas to efficiently conduct operations.

Served members daily lunches, maintained clothing closet, stocked the food pantry and packaged food boxes to be sent out to housed clients.
