Summary

Since 2011 I have primarily worked with children and families, either in direct support positions, or case management. Since May 2022, I have served my community in the capacity as a Child Protective Service Caseworker for Deschutes County.

In July of this year, I decided to take some times away, for personal reasons, with the intent of returning to D10, and the work I am so passionate about.

I have a strong passion for serving others and I always strive to maintain the highest level of integrity in this service.

My recent experience working in Child Protective Services has given me the opportunity to work with Law Enforcement agencies in Deschutes, Crook and Jefferson County. I have built a solid working relationship with many members of multiple agencies in our community, I have been successful at developing positive relationships with colleagues and citizens.

I have grown skills in addressing high stress situations with alertness, compassion and concern.

I am competent in continually following policy and procedures to maintain safety, documentation and meet legal requirements.
