I have grown up on a computer for the majority of my life. With that, I gained an interest in the hardware portion of the field. I have built desktops from the ground up on multiple occasions with very little failure. My passion is in technology, though I have had two jobs during my school career just to make ends meet. I was a barista at Dutch Bros where I learned hospitality and customer service, along with speed and efficiency. I also worked at Partnerships in Community Living alongside individuals with disabilities which has taught me patience, problem solving, and compassion towards others. I then went on to Open Dental where I was a support technician for a short time before returning to Partnerships in Community Living as an Area Administrative Specialist. I transitioned into the Licensing and Quality facilitator role where I was able to carefully review all aspects of the care the company was giving. I was then able to provide trainings for the staff and house managers to stay in compliance with current Oregon administrative rules. I would also facilitate work sessions for the house managers to review and fix all documents for the individuals in the home.
