● Provide project set up and maintenance of 250+ projects to include project information services and requirements.
● Kick off calls as well as monthly calls with clients and general contractors in regards to ongoing project statuses.
● Provide client with reports ( enrollment , certificate tracking and bid credit allocation).
● Perform enrollment processing.
● Perform requests for required documentation, communication with subcontractors to ensure compliance.
● Perform document processing such as certificates of insurance and bid credit documents.
● Performing close out duties for completed projects such as obtaining confirmation of enrolled contractors and certificates of completion / occupancy.
