Annually recruit, interview, train and mentor a caseload of over 100 scholars across 3 college campuses through social emotional, academic, and professional mentorship from their senior year of high school until their undergraduate graduations.
Develop and improve training workshops to increase scholar performance and overall college readiness.
Maintain professional relationships with university faculty and staff across 3 universities and 13 sites. Coordinate schedules across sites with supervisors and managers to optimize on-campus programming.
Program manage and implement annual Summer Retreat by coordinating and liaising with retreat site and university staff, managing a budget of over $50,000, modifying and creating engaging programming for 120 scholars.
