### **Cashier Duties:**
1. I greet customers with a friendly attitude as soon as they come to the counter or drive-thru.
2. I take their orders using the point-of-sale (POS) system, making sure everything is accurate and entered quickly.
3. When it comes to handling payments, I process cash, credit, or mobile transactions and provide the correct change when necessary.
4. If customers have any questions about the menu, promotions, or special requests, I answer them to ensure they have a great experience.
5. Before handing over their order, I double-check everything to make sure it’s accurate.
6. I also keep the counter area clean and sanitized for the next customers.

### **Team Member Duties:**
1. In the kitchen, I help prepare food by grilling burgers, making fries, or assembling sandwiches, depending on what’s needed.
2. I make sure that all the food stations are stocked with ingredients and supplies, so we never run out during busy times.
