Silotech Group, Inc., Program Manager, Dec 2022-Mar 2023. Responsible for the Digital Transformation Division which consisted of 25% of the company’s humans and 50% of it’s revenue. Reporting to me were 4 PMs and 58 BAs, System Admins, Developers, QA/Testers on 10+ projects. As new government contracts were won, I ensured process/procedures were in place to exceed customer expectations and score high on CPARS. Projects included the Air Force chat and careers site, transformation of the Dept of Labor site using Appian, and an award winning Veterans' Employment and Training Service project. • Sr. Project Manager for Medical University of South Carolina, July-Oct 2022. Provided oversite during the last four months of the project which implemented October, 2022. Scope included Workday HCM, Finance, Supply Chain all implemented October, 2022. Partnered with Deloitte. $40M, 22k+ employees, 16 months.

Sr. Project Manager, Caterpillar, Inc.,May-Dec 2019

• Evaluated and delivered digital transformation for Cat and subsidiaries’ go-live in September of 2019. Used a mix of agile development with waterfall testing and implementation. This project began in 2018, was over budget, and had experienced team restructuring, so delaying the go-live further was not an option. This required a directive approach with a reduction in a team of 200+ project resources heavily dominated by Perficient. My objective was to stop scope creep, budget overruns, and implement, which we did 4 months after I joined the project.
• Collected/documented business requirements and completed the planning/design stage to implement dynamic templates and prescribed authorable Adobe Experience Manager ERP delivered 12/15. This successfully allowed 15 independent subsidiaries to move onto a consistent user experience, improve leads, and spotlight the goal of doubling Cat’s sales by 2026.

• Workday ERP implementation with 26 integrations for 400 employees, 5 months, $1M. Role includes Project Manager, Test Lead, Training Administrator, and Named Support Contact (worked through Apex Systems on contract Feb-Aug 2018).
• Managed multiple clients implementing a 340b pharmacy IT solution. This included business analysis to gain efficiencies for customers’ decision making by reducing gaps in data accuracy and reporting.
• New product launch – Oracle cloud analytics, Exadata, OBIEE, restructured data to star schema for increased performance.

NextEra Energy Resources

• US Gas/Trinity Operating - Day 2 operations from Petroquest acquisition, 3 months $250K. Also integrated SAP to ensure royalty checks could be printed in TX instead of Corp HQ in FL.
• Acquisition from Texas American Resources – set up equipment, laptops, software, integrate data into accounting/operations and reporting systems, 6 months $400K.
• Gas Business Intelligence – MS Power BI reporting from P2 Excalibur accounting and P2 Merrick operations, 9 months until the scrum team became so efficient they no longer needed a PM, $850K.

• Managed multiple ERP upgrades and implementations - Identity Management System, 1 year, $815K, real time integration among C-Cure 800, C-Cure 9000, Siemens elevator and gate access, CSI for Recreational Wellness facility, Kronos time management for HR, Banner ERP, CBORD on Oracle 12c for campus card access, Touchnet for payments, Mercury Residential Management, and network firewalls. Used BizTalk for APIs to replace text and flat files. Coordination among multiple stakeholders with equal authority.
• Data Center relocation from campus to Verizon’s Terremark Miami, FL. Relocated all major application which run the university for each diverse set of colleges and users. Project team over 90, $4M budget over 2 years.
• Business analyst role for university-wide discovery of all college/departmental work processes, hardware system diagrams, network diagrams, business process/workflow diagrams, documentation, network segmentation implemented, and SAQ response to Bank of America by Feb 28, 2016. 18+ locations integrating 15 locations. Reported to CIO, CISO, and Treasurer.

Simultaneously managed multiple, complex, highly visible projects. Provided leadership in a rapidly changing environment due to physical office moves, acquisitions, divestitures, lay-offs and new hires. Demonstrated decision making during a period that required a high tolerance for ambiguity due to competing priorities and quick strategic changes. • Workday ERP implementation among 67 countries, 14,000 employees, 2 years, $5.1M. Partnered with Deloitte for first group of countries, then added the remaining 34 countries with internal staff in HRIS.
• Share Point from BEA AquaLogic Enterprise Repository, Cognos, Java, and .net, company-wide stakeholder management, $80K, 9 months.
• Security - video infrastructure and CCTV upgrades to protect controlled substances in multiple manufacturing facilities, 2 years, $3M.
• Divested facility manufacturing controlled substances, $400K, 6 months.
• Global pharmacovigilance adverse event reporting – migrated from BaseCon (MSSQL) hosted solution and Oracle AERS to upgraded Argus Safety/Insight upgrade, optimized business process, reconfigured global reporting rules for 6 countries, 1.5 years, $1.6M. Relocated the Pharmacovigilance team from California to Bucharest, Romania.
• Data Center relocations – OH to MS, CA to NJ, 1 year, $4M.
• SAP ERP ECC upgrade, 6 months, $700K.
• Phase 1 clinic acquisition, 3 months, $1.5M.
• Federal and state aggregate spend compliance for Sunshine Act, 1 year, $310K.
• Sales/Call Center upgrade - five software solutions with business processes and training for 320+ users, 2 years, $2.7M. Including forensic accounting to ensure SOX audit preparedness from previous leadership not tracking the financials for the project.

Developed PMO maturity through consistent documentation, templates, standardized use of MS Project and project audits. Trained PMs and ensured appropriate systems in place to capture and report data critical to resource forecasting, financial management and SOX compliance. Implemented MS 2010 Server for pipeline planning, billable hours, and resource management. Managed data integration Oracle project for land segment acquisition program of Henty and Lakeside Oil.
