Twenty years gaining experience setting and transforming PMOs to include standard documentation, procedures, and process; in addition to principles of the agile manifesto including scrum and Kanban when it makes sense for the team and product. The most important part of my career is the opportunity to mentor, and learn while transforming outdated processes and interfaces to gain efficiencies. Most of my Workday project teams need a supportive and coaching situational leadership style, as most resources are in various stages of learning/competence and generally variable commitment, unless they are full time Workday specialists. I prefer to be low on the directive scale in support of teams that are highly collaborative and committed.

Silotech Group, Inc., Program Manager, Dec 2022-Mar 2023. Responsible for the Digital Transformation Division which consisted of 25% of the company’s humans and 50% of it’s revenue. Reporting to me were 4 PMs and 58 BAs, System Admins, Developers, QA/Testers on 10+ projects. As new government contracts were won, I ensured process/procedures were in place to exceed customer expectations and score high on CPARS. Projects included the Air Force chat and careers site, transformation of the Dept of Labor site using Appian, and an award winning Veterans' Employment and Training Service project. Silotech provides Advanced Cyber Solutions, Intelligence Solutions, Enterprise/Cloud IT Services and Products, and Managed IT/Security Services to Federal, State and Commercial clients.

  • Evaluated and delivered digital transformation for Cat and subsidiaries’ go-live in September of 2019. Used a mix of agile development with waterfall testing and implementation. This project began in 2018, was over budget, and had experienced team restructuring, so delaying the go-live further was not an option. This required a directive approach with a reduction in a team of 200+ project resources heavily dominated by Perficient. My objective was to stop scope creep, budget overruns, and implement, which we did 4 months after I joined the project.
  • Collected/documented business requirements and completed the planning/design stage to implement dynamic templates and prescribed authorable Adobe Experience Manager ERP delivered 12/15. This successfully allowed 15 independent subsidiaries to move onto a consistent user experience, improve leads, and spotlight the goal of doubling Cat’s sales by 2026.

  • Data Center relocation from campus to Verizon’s Terremark Miami, FL. Relocated all major application which run the university for each diverse set of colleges and users. Project team over 90, $4M budget over 2 years.
  • Business analyst role for university-wide discovery of all college/departmental work processes, hardware system diagrams, network diagrams, business process/workflow diagrams, documentation, network segmentation implemented, and SAQ response to Bank of America by Feb 28, 2016. 18+ locations integrating 15 locations. Reported to CIO, CISO, and Treasurer.
