Planning & Reporting:

• Coordinate with Navitaire leader on the top project (Cloud, Dandelion, vNext ) budget and forecast figures

• Provide the necessary documents to support Navitaire business stakeholders in the planning Process

• Ensure meticulous follow up of the resources planning for top projects

• Have ownership of the business operational planning process (BPOP) for top project and full extended product cycle scope

• Support in ad-hoc analysis related to top project (time reporting, WBS creation & monitoring

Business Cases:

• Participate in the new business cases build (vNext)

• Responsible for the business cases updates and follow up (Cloud & Dandelion)

• Ensure monthly follow up of the new projects (Actuals versus Business Cases)

• Coordinate with the business cases counterparts on Navitaire business side

• Report ongoing and new projects status in comparison with the business case and work along with the business counterparts on any changes or updates

• Ensure consistency of the top project information within the global reporting of Corporate

Capitalization & Ad-hoc:

• Responsible for Navitaire capitalization planning (LTP, BUD, Forecast)

• Responsible for Navitaire capitalization reporting on monthly basis

• Coordinate with central capitalization team on the Navitaire capitalization planning amounts, ratios. and reporting along with the analysis for impairments

Planning:

• Coordinated with TEC Business planning management on budget figures and process
• Supported business stakeholders in the planning process
• Led external services planning in alignment with business counterparts
• Reviewed resources planning and unit cost impacts

Closing:

• In charge of monthly closing
