- 1- Grander operator: Measure out ingredients and follow the formula for each different ones
- Make sure you have the right texture before transferring it into the hopper
- 2- Slurry system: Mix and blend whey powder by measurement and weight of the bags
- Depending on the order that day you would have six different types of slurry to make
- Have to know basic math for this position
- Send a sample up to lab and when it's been approved you can then transfer it into one of the three tanks
- Have to be physical able to lift 50 to 55 pound bags of whey
- 3- Veg operator: Throw 40 pounds of cheese into the Veg that converts it into cheese balls
- 4- Batcher: Depending on the order the batchers batch up the cheeses blend For the grander operator
- 5- Utility processor: Brings cheese, butter to the grander operators and the butchers
