The Rural Internship named as " RISE " was a complete learning of Team Collaboration, Effective time management, Marketing and Analysis of Data, proper decision-making and absolutely uplift the rural community of Bodh Gaya, Bihar. Indian Institute Of Management, Bodh Gaya collaborated with a rural community run organization, named as " J-wires ". The main focus of the internship was to properly analyze the needs and demands of the rural people and making decision of whether they need any kind of solar product or not, whether they prefer solar product or electric product, to make themselves aware of the solar products through precise Marketing techniques.

• Assisted with development of event strategies and tactical plans to promote accomplishment of marketing goals.
• Collaborated with team members to help expand marketing channels.
• Contributed to mock-ups, email campaigns, and social media content.
• Helped with planning and hosting of marketing events.
• Wrote copy for social media posts, promotional emails and other marketing collateral.
• Identified appropriate marketing channels and target customers for campaigns.
• Conducted primary and secondary research to better understand customer needs and behaviors.
• Used various market research tools and techniques to gather, analyze and interpret data. ( R studio and SPSS )
