I have a range of Project Management qualifications that are used in my everyday professional career.   • Engage with developers and testers once a demand is received to get quotes, estimates of effort and to schedule development and testing activities.
  • Production of actions from weekly meeting with Business Alignment partners.
  • Updating the Schedule of Changes after weekly meeting for inclusion in an update the Business Alignment partners provide to the Business.
  • Weekly updating of all open demands on the Demand Management SharePoint site.
  • Creation of Change Records on the Change Management SharePoint site for each demand so that it is approved by the Change Approval Board (CAB) prior to being deployed to the live environment.
  • Post deployment, follow up with the Business to ensure they sign and return a Delivery Acceptance Sign-Off form so we can formally close the demand.
  • Vendor engagement: Engage with 3rd party vendors for quotes, PSA’s, PO approvals and the scheduling and reporting of all development activities on a weekly basis.
  • Change Meetings: Attendance at weekly meeting with the Business Alignment Partners, to review progress of open demands and to discuss any new demands coming onstream. Weekly meeting with Testing Manager, Development Manager and Change Manager to do a status review of open changes, a technical review of new demands to ensure requirements are properly documented so that functional specs and test scripts can easily be created from the documentation provided and a review of demand scheduling and resourcing requirements.
  • KPI’s reporting: Monthly reporting of key performance indicators.
  • Finance Tracking: Monthly reporting of resource hours Actual v Budget. Tracking and recording of quotes from 3rd party vendors and POs and updating of the Enhancements Finance spreadsheet.

  • Project Presentations: Using the new metro template transferred some older project PowerPoint slides into this new template. Created a number of new presentation packs for numerous Win 8 project updates to the worldwide teams.
  • OST2013 Communications Plan: Created the initial communication to the Account Managers in the field to kick-start the review of sales volumes of the top volume clients to ensure they will have meet the minimum threshold requirements by the time their license(s) are up for renewal.

  • Project Reporting: Drafted and distributed the monthly reporting template for project managers to complete and return. Reviewed monthly reports from each of the 10 product areas and collated the data into a consolidated monthly report for Senior Management.
  • Audit Item Tracking: Monitored the status of open audit items and liaised with project managers to ensure items were being actioned and closed in a timely manner.
  • Project Issues: Worked with project managers to ensure project issues were documented and tracked through to resolution.
  • Project Risks: Engaged with project managers to ensure all project risks were accurately captured, categorised and monitored.
  • Change Release Management: Ran twice weekly reports reviewing the status of planned releases firstly with IT and then with the business prior to publishing the Release plan and Release calendar on SharePoint.
  • Expense Requests: All expense requests (e.g. CapEx hardware & software items, license renewals, consultancy, training, travel, recruitment fees, etc.), irrespective of their costs had to be collated and entered into our Cost Tracker Tool and submitted to management for approval each Friday. If approved, the item was updated in the Cost Tracker tool, to show the approved amount and the name of the approver(s). The requester was then notified that their request was approved.
  • Financial Tracking & Reporting: Monthly forecast review meetings with each project manager. Monthly reporting of resource hours (In-source, Outsource & Consultants) Actual v Budget and Forecast v Budget by Project and by Product Area. Tracking and reporting of Overtime hours by resource, by project and by month. Reporting on a monthly basis on approved expenditure v actual expenditure for that month. Tracking monthly inter-company disbursement invoices and reconciling of same against records in the Cost Tracker tool. Processing of expense claims. Tracking of SoW’s, consulting and outsourcing invoices against records in the Cost Tracker tool and approving invoices for payment by Finance department.

  • Provided support to the Project Manager/Business manager by co-ordinating and minute taking at weekly Temporary Services Agreement (TSA) Oversight conference calls between PineBridge, AIG & State Street teams based in Hong Kong, Tokyo, Australia, London, Dublin & New York.
  • Contributed to a weekly status calls for the Japan Investment Advisory Investment/Investment Trust project where project progress was tracked, open issues and action items noted.
  • Participated in the weekly project calls between the PineBridge, AIG & State Street global teams to track progress, issues, open audit items and risks for each of the work streams.
  • Monitored the weekly RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) log and escalated items to the project manager as appropriate.
  • Monitored & updated call trees to ensure the BCP plan for the Dublin Middle Office is up-to-date.

Company Overview: Established over 90 years ago, Electric Ireland is the leading electricity supplier in Ireland. Its international businesses have operations in Europe, Africa and the Middle East.


  • Provided support to the Project Manager by co-ordinating, scheduling and participating in weekly meetings with Business Unit representatives and monthly meetings of the Project Board.
  • Helped to identify the different categories of laptop user; communicated with laptop user population (approx 2500 users), scheduling encryption appointments, circulating the encryption factsheet and FAQ’s to all users.
  • Followed up with users that had their laptops encrypted via SCCM where the process did not complete properly.
  • Set up appointments with users where a memory upgrade, health check (run Chkdsk or defrags of the disc) was required prior to the laptop being encrypted.
  • Liaised with the project technical team as encryption was rolled out to the 10 regions nationwide.
  • Maintained the registered of legacy laptops that were returned by users upon receipt of a new encrypted laptop.
  • Follow up as required where users were off-site or unavailable and didn’t have their laptops encrypted while an engineer was on-site in a regional office.
  • Managed the project plan, including administration of documentation, ownership of Benefits and Risks registers.
  • Documented minutes from weekly and monthly project meetings circulating them via MS SharePoint.
  • Liaised with individual business unit reps to ensure all actions, issues where followed up in a timely manner.
  • Circulated weekly status reports, agendas and any other documentation as required for project meetings.
